About Me
Licensed in OR,WA, MT, and UT
Hello! Thanks for visiting my page. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and sole practitioner. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for adults using clinically-proven, evidenced based therapy. I use a multi faceted clinical focus when working with my clients, that includes a trauma informed, relational-developmental and attachment based lens. It is critical that we understand and heal our past, in order to understand our present and to create a healthier future for ourselves and loved ones.
This three pronged approach is foundational construct with EMDR [Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing] work as well. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I support clients with reprocessing past 'stuck" traumas that may be interfering with daily functioning, relationship struggles and negative internal beliefs about oneself or others. Within this process, we will explore your unique Parts of Self or "ego states" to help you more deeply understand and connect to different parts of your identity that may have served you in a protective manner, but now have become be disruptive or problematic in your relationships, work and basic functioning in your life.
This is really a process of disentangling belief systems, roles, identities and patterned responses that are often borne from experiences of attachment and other relational traumas, adverse chronic and or acute traumas, as well as systemic and ancestral traumas. And while this can be a challenging and emotionally intensive process, my clients often report feeling deeper understanding of their own truths about themselves and their lives, and develop deeper resonance and alignment with their true felt sense of Self.
Together, we will work on increasing your conscious awareness of these areas and helping you begin to identify, practice and integrate new ways of thinking, feeling, functioning and believing in the version of yourself that feels more aligned with your core values and Self.

Psychedelic Integration
After a psychedelic experience, people can have a wide range of responses—some uplifting, others confusing or challenging. Many feel a deep sense of connection, clarity, or emotional release, while others may experience lingering anxiety, disorientation, or difficulty returning to everyday life. Some notice old wounds resurfacing or new perspectives emerging that shift their sense of identity, purpose, or relationships. These experiences can feel expansive yet destabilizing, and integration support helps individuals make sense of what arose, embody new insights, and find balance between the mystical and the practical.
I offer psychedelic integration services to help individuals make meaning of and ground insights gained from psychedelic experiences. Integration sessions provide a supportive space to explore emotions, imagery, or shifts in perspective that may have emerged, connecting them to your personal growth and daily life. Together, we work to translate these experiences into lasting change by supporting nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and alignment with your values and goals. My approach blends psychotherapeutic, somatic, and spiritual frameworks to honor both the psychological and transpersonal dimensions of healing. Whether your experience was recent or many years ago, integration can help you anchor insights with clarity and compassion.

I am a Certified SoulCollage® Facilitator
What is SoulCollage® ?
SoulCollage® is a creative and intuitive process developed by Seena B. Frost that combines elements of art, psychology, and spirituality. Participants create their own deck of cards, each representing different aspects of themselves, which they can use for personal reflection, self-discovery, healing and guidance. Here are the key components of SoulCollage®:
-
Creating the Cards: Participants make collages on small cards using images cut from magazines, personal photos, or other sources. Each card is intended to symbolize a part of the participant’s inner world, such as an emotion, a role, a relationship, or an aspect of the self.
-
The Four Suits: The deck of cards is typically divided into four suits:
-
Committee Suit: Represents the various parts of the participant's personality.
-
Community Suit: Represents significant people, animals, and places in the participant's life.
-
Companions Suit: Represents the participant's animal guides or totem animals.
-
Council Suit: Represents archetypes, spiritual guides, and larger energies at work in the participant’s life.
-
-
The Process: After creating the cards, participants can use them in readings and journaling exercises to gain insights. They often "read" the cards by asking questions and listening to what the cards "say" to them, using the phrase "I Am One Who..." to explore the messages from the images.
-
Workshops and Groups: SoulCollage® is often practiced in groups, with facilitators guiding participants through the process of card creation and interpretation. Workshops can provide a supportive community and enhance the experience of shared insights.
-
Therapeutic Use: It is used by therapists and counselors as a tool for clients to explore their inner world, facilitate self-expression, and gain clarity on personal issues.
SoulCollage® emphasizes that participants do not need to be artists to benefit from the process, as the focus is on self-expression and personal insight rather than artistic skill.
